How do I get and pay for Pro?
Send the request and we e-mail you to confirm your domain and how to pay; the license then shows in your account.
Do AI writing and translation cost extra?
The AI plugin uses your own model key (any OpenAI-compatible API, DeepSeek, Qwen...), so you pay the model provider for what you use and your data does not pass through us.
How fast is the business package?
It depends on how many pages and languages your current site has. After your request we run a free review and send scope, price and schedule.
Do plugins I bought with credits keep working?
Yes. Existing licenses stay valid and remaining credits can still be used; both are in your account.
Does a hub outage affect my site?
No. Licensed plugins keep their last check and keep running; free official plugins even install offline from the copy bundled with the framework.
Can I try it first?
Community and the demo store are always open; for a Pro trial, say so in your request.
