InsightSite 1.30–1.31: backups to object storage, multi-user with password reset, fleet checks
The last two releases focused on operations. Here are the updates you are most likely to use.
Backups to major object storage
In Admin → System → Backups you can now send daily or weekly backups straight to a dedicated bucket: Cloudflare R2, AWS S3, Alibaba OSS, Tencent COS or any S3-compatible storage (MinIO, Backblaze B2 and more). Enter the bucket, region, keys and directory, then use Test connection; secrets are stored encrypted and only the newest N copies are kept.
Multi-user and password reset
The admin now supports several administrators and adds Forgot password: the sign-in page can request an e-mail reset link (valid for one hour, single use), and new users can be invited by e-mail to set their own password. A reset signs out every device on that account. Configure the mail settings first.
Fleet checks
For running many sites, a single command verifies the health endpoint, home page, admin sign-in, robots, sitemap and llms.txt of each site, and runs the AI-search (GEO) check across every site, comparing with the previous run and flagging regressions.
